If you don't like the product, if it just doesn't work for you, return it. Within 30 days of receipt, products purchased from us may be returned for any reason. (We don't refund shipping costs unless items are defective. See our returns policy here.)

If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please contact us by phone (+61 7 3103 3319) or email our support staff. Briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with or send a check for the full purchase price of your product(s), minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to several weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).


Sentientz is committed to providing you with high-quality, no-compromise products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may be eligible to return the products for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Care immediately. Sentientz can replace the products at no charge within 30 days from the invoice date. In some circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund. 

Return Policy

To initiate a return please contact Customer Care by phone on +61 7 3103 3319 or or email . Please have your Order number or invoice number available. If approved, Customer Care will email the Return Instructions.

The following items are non-refundable, except as required by law: shipping fees, administration fees, and promotional items.

Sentientz will not be responsible for the cost of postage of any returned items. Sentientz is not responsible for lost, stolen or product(s) damaged during the return process and therefore it is recommended that articles are returned via Registered Mail. 

Sentientz reserves the right to issue a refund on returned items only. You are required to return all opened and unopened containers, as applicable, to the address provided by Customer Care, for a refund.

If eligible for a refund, Sentientz will credit the original form of payment within 30 days of the product being logged as returned by our distribution centre.



Sentientz offers a 30 Day Guarantee on your initial order with Sentientz, opened or unopened. This guarantee only applies to your very first order on your account, any consumable item that you are trying for the first time and does not include shipping and handling fees. Please contact Customer Care within 30 days from the invoice date. This is in addition to any rights or remedies which may be available to you under the local Consumer Law if a product does not comply with a statutory guarantee.

Faulty or damaged stock

Faulty or damaged stock will be replaced at no charge only if SENTIENTZ is notified within 30 days of receipt of goods.

If an order has been received and it is incorrect through the fault of SENTIENTZ, it will be replaced at no additional charge to you or a full refund of the incorrect item(s) (not including the shipping cost) will be given upon its return to the SENTIENTZ.

It is the customers’ responsibility to review the goods received prior to opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be accepted back for exchange or credit, if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.

Exchange & Change of mind

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • It is within 7 days of receiving goods
  • The product has not been opened or tampered with
  • You will need to pay the postage back to SENTIENTZ & be re-charged a new postage fee for transport.
  • The staff will inspect your product to verify that the product has not been opened or tampered with. If the product has been opened/tampered with, no exchange will be granted, and a new postage will be charged if you wish to have your goods returned.

If you ordered something and had a change of mind as long as the product has not been opened or tampered with, we can exchange the product for something else or even arrange a credit note (for the incorrect item(s) not including the shipping cost) as long as it is within 7 days of delivery.
